I must show restraint: I will not buy a first-generation Kindle Touch. Even tho' it has Wi-Fi, which I have at home, instead of 3G, which I don't. It's first generation, which means I should wait. Patience... Patience...
I'm glad Mary still loves her Kindle - I still love mine, too :-) Unfortunately, my connection cord was damaged and it was cheaper to buy just a power cord, so although I can - and do - pick out titles on the computer and send them to my Kindle, I then have to connect the Kindle to the 3G to download them...
